1. Notification of Return:

1.1. In the event that a product is received incorrectly or is no longer required, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their intention to return the product within five (5) days from the date of the invoice.

2. Conditions for Return:

2.1. Only products that are unopened and in their original packaging may be eligible for return.

2.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the Buyer.

3. Handling Charge:

3.1. A handling charge of fifteen percent (15%) of the invoice value of the returned goods will be applied to all returns of goods ordered incorrectly by the Buyer.

3.2. The handling charge will be deducted from any refund or credit issued to the Buyer.

4. Return Procedure:

4.1. The Buyer must obtain authorization from the Seller prior to returning any goods.

4.2. All returns must be shipped to the Seller’s designated address at the Buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

5. Refunds and Credits:

5.1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller will process any applicable refunds or credits within [specify time period, e.g., 30 days].

5.2. Refunds or credits will be issued at the Seller’s discretion and in accordance with the Seller’s standard refund procedures.

6. Limitation of Liability:

6.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the return or handling of returned goods beyond the value of the goods themselves.

6.2. This return policy does not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights regarding the quality and fitness for purpose of goods under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).

7. Governing Law:

7.1. This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Amendments:

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the Buyer in writing.
